    Recommended Use

    The UltiMate 3000 Rapid Separation Quaternary system is an excellent choice for laboratories that want outstanding UHPLC technology but which still need to maintain established LC methods developed on quaternary systems. It is suitable for use with both ultra-high resolution and conventional columns with particles sizes ranging from sub-2μm to 10µm. It handles a range of separations from 2mm column internal diameters to small scale semi-prep or purification experiments.

    Typical application areas are fast but highly resolving methods in drug development, academic research, high-throughput quality control, chemicals development and demanding mass spectrometry workflows. The UltiMate 3000 Rapid Separation Quaternary system is highly recommended for methods using either conventional 3-5µm or UHPLC, sub-2µm particle columns where moderately fast gradient response is acceptable for the benefit of improved mobile phase flexibility (i.e., multiple solvents, extended column wash, ternary or quaternary gradients and method development).

    1. UltiMate™ 3000 Standard Dual System

    Increase the speed and throughput of your LC and UHPLC workflows without redeveloping existing methods. The Thermo Scientific™ UltiMate™ 3000 Standard Dual System offers numerous options for improving the information yield of your analyses and can still be operated as a regular single-channel system. The dual system makes it easy to configure Online-SPE, Orthogonal, Parallel or Tandem separations, Inverse Gradient operations and Fast Application Switching. With its two fully integrated, independently operating gradient pumps and smart column switching, you can configure your system to maximize throughput, resolution, or sensitivity.

     

    Recommended Use

    For laboratories improving sample throughput for their LC and entry level UHPLC applications. Automating sample clean-up, establishing multiple LC and UHPLC methods on one system and taking advantage of Parallel and Tandem LC offer significant productivity improvements.
